Alberto and his wife Janeil traveled to six continents during a memorable five-month around-the-world trip in 2024. Combined they have visited almost 50 countries. Alberto, the Orvis 2021 Fly Fishing Guide of the Year, has partnered with his wife to bring anglers to some of the best fly fishing destinations and lodges in the world. These destinations are known for their high quality of fishing opportunities, natural beauty, service, cuisine and accommodations. The Reys curate each destination to assure that they are of the highest quality and the couple accompanies each small group to facilitate a smooth connection between the traveler and the lodge, the guides and staff.
